Simon Elliott received a Master in Phylosophy and Psycology from Nottingham University. For the past 20 years he has been involved in international projects as intercultural mediator and facilitator. He has specialized in coaching individuals and top managers teams, notably in the process of organizational changes and cultural integration after mergers, and has worked with Suez, Essilor, BNP Paribas, L'Oréal, AXA, Total, ... 

Simon is Associate Professor at H.E.C. in the areas of negotiation and intercultural issues, where he has developed innovative methods. His formal background includes coaching (International Mediator), Transactional Analysis and the Predom, Disc, Belbin methods. He is certified coaching instructor for the World Work International Profiles.
