He has been a coach and a trainer since 1992 and he is working for the public and private sectors, he has designed and run management training programs for up to a 1000 managers & leaders.

He regularly participates in international management & leadership programs facilitating change in organisations.

He has been designing, coordinating and facilitating Crisis management seminars based on mediation & negociation operating models for international organisations in partnership with ↑ Geos
